Do you lend out demo units?

It depends on the model, but normally we can lend a demo unit if required.

Do you perform IQ/OQ services?

Do you respond to customization requests?

Do you lend out a replacement unit while an existing unit is being repaired?

It is possible to use a replacement unit, but please contact us beforehand as a fee might be charged.

Are there any consumables that need to be replaced on a regular basis?

Just like pipettes, there is a seal ring inside the dispensing head, so we recommend that users have their dispensing heads overhauled once a year, depending on the frequency of usage.

What kind of support system do you provide?
